How I work
I look at your business as one system. Work comes in, moves between people and tools, and goes out. I follow it until I find the one place where it piles up. Fixing that spot does more than fixing ten others.
Then I build the fix: a tool your team uses on the work they already do, instead of a report or a slide deck.
Two jobs, in short
ABM needed thousands of maintenance procedures for a chip plant, and each one took a writer half a day. Most of that time went to formatting and checking, so I built a tool that does that part. Why I show the math
I came to this work from statistics and data engineering. So every number on this site says how it was measured. If I can't show the math, I don't claim the number.
